Fasig-Tipton Kentucky will begin Kentucky's breeding stock auction season on Nov. 6 with 189 horses in its catalog, including the dam of undefeated Grade 1 winner Lost in the Fog, Cloud Break, and the Grade 1-winning mare Riskaverse.

The one-session sale will begin at 4 p.m. with weanlings, followed by in-foal mares, broodmare prospects, and fillies and mares in training. In addition to Cloud Break, the catalog also features Contrive, the dam of runaway Matron winner Folklore, and the dams of Grade 1 winners Bandini, Bellamy Road, Declan's Moon, Lion Heart, and Toccet.

Among the racing and/or broodmare prospects on offer are Amorama, winner of the John C. Mabee Handicap and Del Mar Oaks; Angara, winner of the Beverly D. Stakes; My Trusty Cat, winner of the Humana Distaff; and Wild Fit, winner of the Del Mar Debutante Stakes.

The auction also will include a share in Distorted Humor, sire of 2003 Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner Funny Cide, and a pair of lifetime breeding rights in young stallion Medaglia d'Oro. Fasig-Tipton also will auction a season to Fusaichi Pegasus, the proceeds of which Ashford Stud will donate to the American Red Cross.
