Lights of Broadway scores

In Saturday's $50,000 Finger Lakes Juvenile, Lights of Broadway shook loose from early pressure to make the lead and kept six other 2-year-olds at bay in the six-furlong race on a sloppy and sealed main track.

Trained by Charlton Baker for Ken and Sarah Ramsey, Lights of Broadway turned back Plunder an Pillage as the two went in 21.85 seconds early. After a half-mile in 44.73, Lights of Broadway held a one-length lead over Head Master D, who had to check at the five-eighths pole before angling out. Lunatrick drove along the rail but was second-best, 1 1/2 lengths from the winner. Head Master D was another length back in third.

Lights of Broadway finished six furlongs in 1:11.05 under jockey John Davila Jr.
