Libor Lady wires Satin and Lace

Libor Lady led every step of the way and won the $100,000 Satin and Lace at Presque Isle Downs on Saturday evening.

Trained by Michael Pino, Libor Lady broke sharply and sprinted to a clear early lead from the post 6 in the field of nine. Jockey Mario Pino increased the margin at each call and Libor Lady won by 5 1/4 lengths. Verdana Bold ran second under Harry Vega, a length in front of Mrs. Petoski in third.

Libor Lady ran the 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:02.89 over the Tapeta surface and returned $11.40 to win.
