The Kentucky Thoroughbred Association and Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association have elected officers and members of its board of directors for upcoming terms. The officers of KTA/KTOB serve one-year terms and are elected by members of the joint organization’s board of directors. Members of the board of directors serve three-year terms and are elected by the full membership of the organization. Following are the KTA/KTOB officers elected for a 2014/2015 term.
