Multiple Grade 3 winner Kiss the Kid will relocate to Poplar Creek Horse Center in Bethel, Ohio, for the 2016 breeding season, where he will stand for an advertised fee of $2,500.

The 13-year-old son of Lemon Drop Kid previously stood at Journeyman Stud in Ocala, Fla.

On the racetrack, Kiss the Kid won 8 of 40 starts and earned $820,873, highlighted by wins in the Grade 3 Cliff Hanger and Appleton stakes, along with two non-graded stakes victories. His 10 graded-placed efforts include a third-place finish in the Grade 1 Donn Handicap.

Bred in Kentucky by Jayeff B Stables, Kiss the Kid is out of the winning Danzig mare Black Tie Kiss, a half-sister to Horse of the Year Black Tie Affair. Her four winners from five foals to race also includes stakes winner Lemon Kiss, also by Lemon Drop Kid, who herself produced Grade 1 winner Lochte. Kiss the Kid is also from the family of Italian Group 1 winner Great Palm.
