Om makes his much-anticipated return in Sunday's San Pedro Stakes at Santa Anita after winning by 7 1/4 lengths in a maiden race on Aug. 9 at Del Mar. The fifth- and sixth-place finishers – American Pharoah and Daddy D T – from that race came back to win their next starts.

I GOTTA THINK KENTUCKIAN WILL BEAT OM'S BUTT. I MIGHT BE WRONG, AGAIN, BUT I THINK KENTUCKIAN MIGHT BE THE REAL DEAL. OFF OF ONE RACE, HE MIGHT BE THE BEST THREE YEAR OLD ON MOTHER EARTH. I WAS WRONG ONCE, BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHEN OR WHERE, BUT I WILL STEP UP AND PREDICT THAT KENTUCKIAN WILL WHIP THE HORSE THAT BEAT THE HORSE THAT MIGHT WIN THE KENTUCKY DERBY THERE!! I OPENED MY BIG MOUTH AGAIN>

From Nor Cal and am rooting for Kentuckian, hope he is something special. This is a real good test in his 2nd start. The main problem I see is the outside has been dominant for weeks at SA. Even if he loses I wouldn't be too worried. Looks like routing will be where King Jerry is headed with this horse.
