Keeneland's January sale offering three Grade 1 winners

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Grade 1 winners Wickedly Perfect, Negligee, and Ave are among the entries to the Jan. 10-14 Keeneland January mixed sale here.

Two are winners of the Alcibiades at Keeneland: Wickedly Perfect this year and Negligee in 2009.

Wickedly Perfect is cataloged as Hip No. 245 in the Three Chimneys Sales agency's consignment. A 4-year-old Congrats-Wickedly Wise filly, Wickedly Perfect is offered as a racing or broodmare prospect. Negligee, Canada's champion juvenile in 2009, is Hip No. 125 in the Hill 'n' Dale agency's consignment. Now 3, she is offered as a broodmare prospect, according to the catalog. Negligee is by Northern Afleet out of Naughty Notions.

Ave, winner of the Flower Bowl Invitational this year, also is in the Three Chimneys consignment as Hip No. 276. A 4-year-old Danehill Dancer filly, she is cataloged as a racing or broodmare prospect.

Also in the Keeneland January catalog are such graded winners as A Little Warm, Briecat, and Rinterval.

A Little Warm, a 3-year-old Stormin Fever colt, won this year's Jim Dandy for owner Edward P. Evans. He is cataloged as Hip No. 1469 in Lane's End's consignment. Briecat won the Las Palmas Handicap and two other stakes this year and was Grade 1-placed last season. A 5-year-old Adcat mare, Briecat is in the catalog as a racing or broodmare prospect and sells as Hip No. 201 in the Taylor Made consignment. Rinterval, a Grade 1-placed runner by Desert Prince, also is part of the Hill 'n' Dale consignment. Five years old, she sells as Hip No. 172, a racing or broodmare prospect.
