Bickersons drills four furlongs in 47 seconds Friday morning at Santa Anita as she prepares for Friday's BC Juvenile Fillies.

Half of the field for the Juvenile Fillies put in workouts Friday at six tracks around North America. At Santa Anita, Bickersons went four furlongs in 47 seconds. At Belmont, Devil May Care went five furlongs in 1:01.02. At Churchill Downs, Connie and Michael went five furlongs in 1:01. At Keeneland, She Be Wild drilled five furlongs in 1:00.20. At Woodbine, Biofuel went five furlongs in 59.40, and at Fair Hill, Ms Vanenzza covered five furlongs in 1:01.

Trainer Juan Vasquez shipped Ms Vanenzza from Delaware Park to Fair Hill in order to work over a synthetic surface. Fair Hill utilizes a Tapeta track.

"It was a very important breeze, she never breezed on that kind of track before," Vasquez said. "It looked like she liked it."

Biofuel's drill was the fastest of 63 moves at the distance and a full second faster than the next fastest over Woodbine's Polytrack.

"She went a little quicker than I wanted, but that's fine," said trainer Reade Baker, who had Eurico Da Silva up for the move.
