BOSSIER CITY, La. - Arkansas-bred 2-year-olds had center stage Sunday at Louisiana Downs with two divisions of the Razorback Futurity. Each was worth $25,000 and were contested at six furlongs.

In the Lady Razorback, favored Impetuous Molly ($4.60) broke well under leading rider Gerard Melancon and quickly got clear enroute to a comfortable 10-length victory in a time of 1:12.82 over sloppy going.

Ashleys Paige, making her first career start, was second followed by Sunny Divine.

Impetuous, owned by Roy Sanders and trained by Cole Norman, is a homebred daughter of Idabel and has now won two of her three starts with earnings of just over $23,000.

The Colt and Gelding Division of the Razorback went to odds-on favorite Quote Me Later although he had some work to do after a slow start. Don Simington quickly moved up the rail to contest the pace and Quote Me Later shook free into the stretch. Longshot Recuda came running late but his rally came up a neck short. Humble Bob reported home third.

Quote Me Later ($3.20) has now won two straight for Minnark, Inc. and trainer Joey Rusham. The time final time was 1:13.20.
