RUDEAMEANIE owns the field's best last Beyer Speed Figure, and has enough early speed to find a nice spot just off probable pacesetter WILD BEGINNINGS. Trained by Doug O'Neill, Rudeameanie has been freshened up a bit, and should be tough to handle at Hollywood on Friday.
CARDS SPEAK was used hard early from post 13 last time out, and has reportedly been gelded since. He adds blinkers for this, and has the tactical speed to be in stalking range when they turn for home. He wouldn't be a surprise. ROAR IN SOLANA once again draws widest, but he receives a positive rider switch for this assignment, and the slight dip in class should work in his favor. He boasts competitive Beyer Speed Figures, and should go well here. WILD BEGINNINGS blew a clear lead last time out, and has yet to crack the exacta after 21 tries. He should be a strong pace factor, but is tough to like on the win end.
