Hollywood Park pick six carryover: $119K

INGLEWOOD, Calif. - There is a pick six carryover at Betfair Hollywood Park for the first time in two weeks for Sunday’s nine-race program.

Consecutive wins by the outsiders Charlie Em ($21.40) and Jovita’s Tuffy ($46.80) in Saturday’s sixth and seventh races eliminated most tickets from contention, and has led to a carryover of $119,916 for Sunday.

Sunday’s pick six covers the fourth through nine races on a nine-race program that begins at 1 p.m. Pacific The pick six races includes the $70,000 Round Table Stakes over 1 1/2 miles on turf, the 7th race. Dhaamer is the 7-5 favorite to win the Round Table and is the shortest-priced horse on the morning line. Trained by Mike Mitchell, Dhaamer won the 2012 Round Table.

The pick six races feature fields of 8, 11, 8, 6, 9, and 13. The last race, a maiden race over six furlongs on turf, will be limited to 12 starters. As of Saturday morning, Tropical Moon was on the also-eligible list.

Late scratches will be announced on Sunday morning.

Could somebody help me?. I has tickets on 5/10 (Friday in Hollywood Race Track) with daily double on race 7th 6-1. The 6 won 7th race, but the 1, was scratched in 8th race. I saw the results and do not see any consolation payoff?....why?

I'm not playing a pick 6 where a track is closing next year. Figuring out where to go deep and who will be the big prices coming in is to stressful for my likings. Good luck to those who partner up or those lucky single winning tickets.
