Hollywood carryover is $117K

ARCADIA, Calif. - For the second consecutive week, there is a pick six carryover on Sunday at Hollywood Park. This week, the carryover is worth $117,113 after no one correctly selected all six winners on Saturday.

Sunday's pick six covers the fourth through ninth race on a program that begins at 1:20 p.m. All of the pick six races are on the main track.

Most of the pick six races have large fields. There are 10 entrants in the fourth race, a maiden race for state-bred females over 6 1/2 furlongs; 15 entrants in the fifth race, a $25,000 claimer for nonwinners-o- two over seven furlongs; and 11 entrants in the sixth race, a maiden race for statebreds over 6 1/2 furlongs.

The sixth race features an entry of Mort Robbins and Unusual Justin, but they are not expected to be favored. The role will go to Major Smoke, trained by Rafael Becerra, whose stable is having an excellent meeting.

The seventh race, an allowance race for California-breds over 7 1/2 furlongs, has 11 entrants after Austie was scratched on Saturday. Dancing in Silks is the 9-5 favorite on the morning line, the shortest price on the morning line of the pick six races.

The eight race is the $75,000 Cinderella Stakes for 2-year-old fillies over 5 1/2 furlongs. The field of eight is led by the maiden winner Atka and the maiden Trifecta King.

The final race is a maiden claimer over seven furlongs with a field of 14.
