Hollywod Sunday pick six carryover $170,673

INGLEWOOD, Calif. - A string of midpriced longshots has created a pick six carryover of $170,673 for Sunday's nine-race program at Hollywood Park. There are no early scratches in Sunday's pick six, which covers races four through nine, but there are several jockey changes in races that do not have large

fields. In the sixth race, Juan Leyva rides Mythical Mirage and Matt Garcia rides Penny Video. In the seventh race, Felipe Martinez has the mount on Lovely Toss and Garcia rides Meditative. Interestingly, there are no stakes in Sunday's pick six. The California Sires Stakes is the first race of the day. The pick six begins with a $20,000 claiming race over 1 1/16 miles.

Jestakick, the mount of Martin Pedroza, is the 3-1 morning line favorite. In the fifth race, Memphis, scratched earlier in the week, heads a one-mile allowance race for 3-year-olds on turf. A field of nine claimers are led by Memoree in the sixth race, run over 7 1/2 furlongs. Memoree, who is trained by Craig Robertson, drew the outside post and is 9-5 on the morning line. In the seventh race, jockey Mike Smith rides the 2-1 favorite, Sugar Free, who breaks from the rail. Run over 1 1/16 miles, the race is a starter allowance for fillies and mares. Milk Wood and Reba's Gold head the eighth race, an allowance race over 1 1/16 miles. Milk Wood may go off a slight favorite.

In the finale, there are eight maiden claimers running six furlongs. Harbour Beach, trained by Paddy Gallagher, is the morning-line favorite.
