LIFETIME MATTJIC -

8th at the three quarters, followed cover and finished strongly for the place

ICE SCRAPER -

Blasted down the road setting blistering fractions going 1:20 to the three quarters and held okay for the show while pacing in 1:49

MAJOR MONET -

Left from post 8 and tucked 4th, brushed to the lead with a :26 3/5 second quarter, took on pressure, weakened late but held okay for the show

HELLO MY DREAM*** -

Had post 9, was 10th at the three quarters, followed cover 5th over and finished strongly

MAYWOOD

9/19: 7w, + speed

9/18: 2w, no bias

JM'SDUKEOFDELIGHT -

Followed cover from post 6, followed cover three wide around the final turn, narrowed in gamely to just miss

PARKED ONDA STREET -

7th at the half behind poor cover, rallied three wide around the final turn and finished gamely for the show

LADY'S MAN -

Followed poor cover and was 9th at the three quarters, gobbled up ground on the final turn and finished powerfully for the win, last quarter :26 3/5

PACO LABROOK -

Was 8th at the three quarters, followed cover 4th over and finished in :26 1/5

 

NORTHFIELD

 

9/19: 5w, + speed

SPARKLING YANKEE -

Left and got hung the mile, lost cover past the quarter, battled hard first over and weakened in a fine effort

 

POCONO

 

 

9/20: 8w, + speed

CHEYENNE REIDER -

Left from post 6 to the lead in :26 3/5, yielded, was third at the half and pulled first over, brushed back to the lead, took on pressure, tired but held okay considering

A STITCH IN TIME -

Was first over into a :54 1/5 last half and held well for the place

 

PHILADELPHIA

 

9/21: 3w, no bias, tiring surface for this track, much different track than Friday, 5 horses rallied off cover to win from off the pace; I'd have to think that some sort of work was done on the track on the off day, Saturday

9/19: 9w, ++ speed

9/18: 6w, + speed

BETTOR THAN YOU*** -

Followed cover 4th over and finished fast in the stretch to just miss

 

THE MEADOWS

D MAC -

Left fast from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :26 3/5, set the pace and gave way grudgingly late

 

THE RED MILE

 

9/18: 8w, + speed, unusually speed favoring for this closer's track

 

FREEHOLD

9/19: 4w, + speed, all races won by leavers or first over

SAD STORY -

Had post 7, followed weak cover three wide and finished solidly from a tough spot

LEG UP*** -

Had post 8, moved out with weak cover down the back, stormed three wide around the final turn and finished sharply for the place

Broke before the quarter, followed cover, finished well from a tough spot

UNCLE SMOOTHIE*** -

Had post 7, followed cover third over and finished strongly for the place while missing by a head to the 1-2 favorite

DREAM OUT LOUD N -

6th at the half, was third over, followed cover three wide around the final turn and finished sharply to miss by a head in a game placing, last quarter in :27 1/5

BIG JER -

Had post 8, followed weak cover third over and finished well from a tough spot
