3/21: 5w, no bias

WILDCAT ROBBY -

Was 4th over from post 8, made up ground sharply on the final turn, took the lead in the stretch and just missed to a horse that had a nice trip

SCARLET N SILK -

Followed cover 4th over, finished boldly in the stretch for the win, last quarter in :26 2/5

RYLEIGH'S LILLY -

Went first over into a fast last half, took the lead but wilted late down the long stretch, didn't lose by much

 

MAYWOOD

3/20: 4w, no bias

3/19: 6w, + speed

THE RIGHT MOVE*** -

9th at the quarter, went 4th over behind a poor flow of cover, finished strongly for the place while gaining ground rapidly in the short stretch

 

CAL EXPO

3/22: 3w, no bias

3/21: 2w, no bias

FULL MOON RISING*** -

Had post 8, followed weak cover third over and finished strongly for the place

BETTOR'S PROMISE -

Left strongly from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :27 1/5, yielded, moved out second over at the three quarters, weakened in the stretch but showed improved speed

 

DOVER DOWNS

NOVA ARTIST*** -

Left and tucked, went first over against a sharp 1/2 winner into a :54 4/5 last half and held well for the show

CABARET -

Followed weak cover, stormed wide at the three quarters and drew off full of pace

 

THE MEADOWS

3/20: 3w, no bias, sloppy track

TOP GEAR -

Left from post 7 and tucked 4th, followed cover and finished well for the place to be second best behind the 2/5 winner

SUPERBOWL PARTY -

Left and tucked 5th, grinded first over into a quick last half and held gamely to be second best to the sharp 3/5 winner

 

FREEHOLD

3/21: 6w, + speed

3/20: 2w, no bias, sloppy track, racing canceled after 5th race

3/19: 5w, + speed

QUITE WESTERN -

Had post 7, followed cover and finished well from a tough spot

ELLE'S BOY -

Had post 8, rushed up to cover at the half, went three wide on the final turn and finished gamely

RANCOUSY -

Left from post 7 and was used hard to clear the lead just past a :27 4/5 first quarter, yielded, rallied up the open rail to be right there in a blanket finish

 

MEADOWLANDS

3/21: 3w, no bias

3/20: 1w, + closers, off track

MC ATTABOY -

Left and was used hard to clear in :26 4/5, set a quick pace under pressure and didn't tire that badly

WINDSONG GORGEOUS -

Consistent claimer shot to the lead in :26 2/5, set a lively clip with his chest out and his head held high as usual and drew clear impressively with a :26 4/5 final quarter

MOONLIGHT RANSOM -

Left and tucked third, was shuffled back to 6th, angled out in tight quarters in the stretch, cleared in the final sixteenth and finished well for the place

NF DRUM ROLL -

Left alertly from post 8, yielded and was shuffled back to 7th, angled off the pylons to find clearance in mid-stretch and finished willingly

ALHAMBRA -

Left well from post 8, was shuffled back to 7th, angled out in tight quarters, cleared within the final sixteenth and finished well

3/19: 5w, + speed

 

MONTICELLO

YOU LITTLE RASCAL -

Had post 7, followed cover and finished sharply for the show

CASHENDASH HANOVER -

Was shuffled back along the inside, finished fastest of all in the stretch

LEXUS ARTIST -

Chased a blazing pace and was shuffled out of contention behind a tiring horse

LITTLE SANTAMONICA -

Had post 7, left sluggishly but was taken back to last on the first turn, moved out on the final turn, angled wide in the stretch and finished quickly

JONSIE JONES -

Had post 7, followed poor cover, swung three wide late final turn and finished fast

THE LUNCH PAIL -

Saved ground from post 7 and finished strongly up the inside, last quarter in :27 1/5

DANCEHALL MISTRESS -

Trotter pulled first over from 7th, made up a chunk of ground through the third quarter and kept coming to just miss to the 3/5 bias-aided favorite in a big effort

CASIMIR JITTERBUG -

Left from post 7 and tucked 4th, moved out entering the stretch and went first over against the 4/5 bias-aided favorite, dug in gamely to be second best

MICHAEL'S POWER -

Left from post 7 and was parked past a :26 2/5 opening quarter, took the lead late on the second turn, set a pressured pace and dug in bravely under a drive for the win
