NORTHFIELD

 

3/9: 8w, + speed, races 11-15 sloppy track

3/8: 8w, + speed

3/7: 6w, + speed

LUCKY REI -

Was 7th at the half following cover, followed cover three wide on the final turn and finished gamely for the show from a tough spot

MIDNIGHT GAMBOL -

Had post 8, moved at the quarter and followed poor cover, rallied three wide around the final turn and finished gamely to just miss

SKULL OF ROSES*** -

Had post 8 and was floated wide into the first turn, stayed on the outside on a long quarter move, was forced three wide off the first turn, accelerated sharply down the back to reach the leader, finally wrested the lead midway through the third turn, gave way late losing by two noses to finish third in a huge effort

 

DOVER DOWNS

 

3/9: 5w, no bias

3/8: 7w, + speed

3/7: 4w, no bias

FIGHTTOTHEFINISH -

Left from post 7 and was used hard to the lead in :26 2/5, yielded to the sharp 3/5 favorite, chased that one and weakened; dangerous with better post

SKULLHOUSE RAIDER -

Followed weak cover from post 8, finished steadily from a tough spot

LOOMS THE DANGER -

Was 8th early, followed poor cover and finished with solid pace for the place

GIANT SCULPTURE -

Left from post 7 and tucked third, went first over pushing a :27 1/5 third quarter and held gamely for the show

BELIEVE THIS BOB***-

Had post 6, left and was parked out in a tough first over grind, paced a :27 third quarter forcing the pace against the sharp 2/5 favorite and held okay considering

PEOPLE ARE CRAZY -

Was 8th at the half and 4th over, finished gamely for the show with solid late pace

OPTIONS ARE ADREAM -

Was 7th, power-brushed to the lead at the half making up 7 lengths and drew clear

MYSTERY WRITER -

Left from post 6 and was used hard to the lead in :26 2/5, set the pace under pressure and gave way grudgingly late

IT TAKES A VILLAGE -

4yo mare got a driver change from a driver with 6 career wins and a lifetime win % of 5% to Tony Morgan, left sharply and dominated on the front end at 10-1

ANNABETH -

Had post 7, followed poor cover, rallied three wide at the three quarters and finished sharply for the show from a tough spot

DRY MARTINI -

Broke at the start, recovered 10 lengths back, followed cover third over, stormed three wide at the three quarters and drew clear full of pace

RED SKULL -

Left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, held well considering

CELEBRITY PEGASUS -

8th at the half, picked up poor cover, ducked back in, swung out on the final turn and finished well for the show from a tough spot

 

THE MEADOWS

 

3/9: 4w, no bias

3/8: 5w, no bias

3/7: 1w, no bias

BOO'S PARTY GIRL*** -

Went first over against a tough 3/5 favorite, paced a :26 4/5 third quarter, was shaken off but held okay considering

WHITTLER HANOVER -

Left and was parked the mile without cover prompting the pace against the sharp 3/5 winner and held well to be second best

 

MONTICELLO

 

3/9: 3w, no bias

3/8: 3w, no bias

3/7: 5w, + speed

GET THE LOOK -

Had post 7, grinded first over a long way from a tough spot, finished gamely for the show

KEYSTONE IVY -

Had post 5, went first over from a tough spot and drew clear nicely

 

YONKERS

 

3/8: 9w, ++ speed

3/7: 6w, no bias

POACHER N -

Broke before the start spotting the field 6 to 7 lengths, recovered and was last, moved out late turn three and was third over, swung wide turning for home and rallied gamely
