ST ELMO HERO -

Classy pacer, who won 19 of 19 starts in his first year of racing, did not race last year but won his second start on the comeback trail, wire to wire with a :54 4/5 last half

ELLA ROSE -

Was 10th at the three quarters, finished quickly for the show, last quarter in :26 3/5

MAJOR MONET -

Left, tucked, went first over against St Elmo Hero, held okay

DIXIE'S BOY -

Broke at the start from post 9, was far back, finished fast pacing a :53 2/5 last half

TEA PARTY PATRIOT -

Was 4th over, 10th at the three quarters, finished fast for the show, last quarter in :26 3/5

CONZO -

Showed improved speed, left from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :27 2/5, set the pace against the bias and weakened but may be live at a price off this improved try

 

MAYWOOD

7/24: 8w, + speed

7/23: 6w, + speed

WESTERN BOUDOIR -

Left from post 5 and was parked to a quick half, held okay for the show

 

NORTHFIELD

7/24: 10w, + speed

 

HOOSIER

7/25: 2w, + closers

7/24: 5w, no bias

7/23: 5w, no bias

CASTLE FLIGHT -

Saved ground and was 8th at the half, swung out on the final turn and blew by the field full of pace

PHOTO TIME -

Had post 7, came out at the half but couldn't pick up decent cover and ducked back in, swung clear in the stretch and finished fast for the show

OUR LUCKY CHIP -

Set a blazing pace against the bias and didn't tire that badly

REALLY ROCKIN -

Was 10th at the half, followed weak cover and finished quickly for the show

FOX VALLEY MAHALO -

Moved at the quarter and was first over a long way, held okay considering

 

THE MEADOWS

7/25: 4w, no bias

7/24: 0w, + closers

VOLTAIRE -

Had post 6 in third career start, gained ground at every call and finished sharply for the show in an improved effort

 

PHILADELPHIA

7/26: 6w, + speed

7/24: 10w, ++ speed

7/23: 7w, + speed

CHOCOLATE CRACKERS*** -

Left and was three wide to the quarter, went around a weak leaver, raced parked the mile without cover forcing the pace, tired but only lost by a length in a game effort

LUCKY HOUSE -

Had post 7 and was third over behind poor cover, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished willingly from a tough spot

 

THE RED MILE

7/26: 6w, no bias

 

MEADOWLANDS

7/25: 3w, no bias, but track was much more tiring this week than last week

7/24: 4w, no bias

BRIDGE JUMPER -

Left well from post 8 and was parked to the lead in :26 4/5, set a quick pace under pressure, weakened but held well for the show

ROCKNROLL REALITY*** -

Left from post 4, was looped to the lead and ended up parked the mile without cover, pressed the pace but couldn't clear, held well considering

OBRIGADO -

Had post 8, saved ground, had a tough spot as the pace was modest, swung out in the stretch and finished willingly

WOODMERE ULTIMATE -

Left well from post 10, was shuffled back to 5th, swung out in a blindswitch in the stretch and cleared late with pace

GRATIAS DEO -

Followed weak cover from post 7, swung wide for the drive and finished quickly

WHATAORSE -

Saved ground from post 8, was blocked behind horses in the stretch and had pace once clear late

Went first over from post 6, took the lead on the final turn and held on in a sharp effort

Followed cover third over, swung wide for the drive and finished sharply to just miss

MOONLITEONTHEBEACH -

Had to go first over against tough 1/2 shot Somewhere In L A, paced a :27 1/5 third quarter, was shaken off but held okay
