2/24: 4w, no bias

2/23: 6w, no bias, off track, bitterly cold sub-zero temperatures

BOFFIN -

Left well, set a lively clip on a bitterly cold night, drew off impressively

A BETTOR WORLD -

Left from post 8 and was parked the mile without cover, prompted the pace pushing the winning favorite in sub-zero temperatures and didn't tire that badly considering the trip

LIGHTNING LUCK -

Left from post 6 and was parked the mile without cover, dueled with the 1/2 favorite and held gamely for the show

 

DOVER

THE MEADOWS

 

2/25: 5w, no bias

2/24: 5w, no bias

2/23: 3w, + closers, sloppy track for first 10 races, track rated "frozen" for races 11-13

ANAFFAIRTOREMEMBER -

Had post 9, got moving at the quarter on a long first over grind, held gamely for the show

WELL BRED*** -

Paced a :27 2/5 third quarter first over and drew off impressively

FRISKIE'S ANGEL*** -

Left well from post 7 and was parked to the quarter to take the lead in :29 3/5 over a sloppy track that was producing slow fractions, set the pace, shook off second-half pressure and drew off impressively

PRINCESS PABLANO*** -

Trotter left from post 9 directly outside of the post 8 leaver and was parked to the lead in :29 3/5, set a quick pace and held well for the place behind the pocket winner

SOMEKINDAPARTY -

Left from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :28 2/5, yielded to the tough 2/5 favorite at the three quarters and held the show

TYREX JIMMY -

Left from post 8 and was parked to the quarter, set the pace under second half pressure and held well for the show

 

FREEHOLD

MONTICELLO

 

2/25: 5w, no bias

2/24: 6w, + speed, cold, final times very slow

2/23: 7w, + speed, cold, final times very slow

PURPLE N GOLD -

Left from post 6 and was forced to tuck third, was shuffled back to 7th, angled out on the final turn, alertly ducked back in and found the passing lane, finished fast to just miss

ADMIRAL ABBIE -

Left well from post 7 and was parked to the lead in :29 1/5, yielded, chased the bias-aided winner and finished gamely to lose by a neck

SGT CHARLIE -

Left and got into a speed duel with the sharp 6/5 favorite, pushed a quick pace and excusably tired; threat back at the same level

WHERE'S WALDO*** -

Was parked without cover on a long first over grind from post 8, held gamely

 

YONKERS

 

2/24: 6w, + speed, matinee card

2/23: 4w, no bias, cold

WILLIE BOOTS -

Went first over, paced a strong third quarter against the favorite, finally wore him down in midstretch and dug in gamely to hold off the closers in a sharp win
