4th over from post 8, made a strong three wide move on the final turn and continued gamely in the stretch to be second best

ARTACHE HANOVER -

Grinded first over, paced a :53 4/5 last half for a game win

Paced a quick middle-half following cover, lost cover past the half, pressed the pace first over, paced a :54 4/5 last half, held well for the show

WASHINGTON HANOVER -

Left from post 8 and tucked 5th, power-brushed to the lead at the half, took on pressure and dug in for a game win

RICKY BOBBIE -

Followed cover third over and finished strongly in :26 4/5 to get the win

PREEMPTIVE BID*** -

Left from post 6 and tucked 4th, rushed up first over, paced a :54 2/5 middle-half, couldn't put away the tough winner but held well to lose by only 2 lengths

FOX VALLEY ANDY -

Far back early, finished fast in the stretch in a race he needed off the layoff

Left and was parked to the lead off the first turn, set a fast clip over the off track and didn't tire that badly while racing against the bias

Left from post 9 and had a tough trip parked the mile without cover, pressed a quick pace and excusably tired on the final turn; could be a price factor in exotics

EXPENSIVE TOY -

Left alertly from post 6, yielded, moved first over at the half, hustled up to the leader on the turn, took the lead in the final sixteenth but was out-kicked in a game placing

MIGHTY YOUNG JOE -

Left and was parked to the lead in :27 1/5, yielded, was badly shuffled, slipped out for the drive and finished willingly

SPARKY MARK*** -

Was 5th over from post 9, barreled four wide at the three quarters and finished quickly down the outside

GRATIAS DEO -

Left and followed cover, lost cover at the quarter, continued up first over, was put to a drive to take the lead past the half, yielded in the stretch but held okay considering
