OUTLAWPOCKETROCKET -

Was 7th at the first quarter pole, picked up poor cover, ducked back in, gained steadily, swung out turning for home and finished quickly to be 2nd best behind the 4/5 winner

MUSICIAN -

Was 5th at the half, made a strong first over move but couldn't get by the favorite, held well for the show

 

HOOSIER

4/23: 5w, no bias

4/22: 5w, no bias

4/21: 3w, + closers, races 1-2 fast, races 3-14, off track

BUCKEYE BOB -

Was 8th and far back at the quarter, followed cover and finished solidly for the show

REVER EVER*** -

Trotter, who had been racing in the Open 2 at Pompano and also won an Open Trot at Hawthorne this winter, was far back early, finished rapidly to win going away with a sparkling :26 1/5 final quarter and paid a whopping $143.40 to win

ROYAL REX*** -

Had post 8, followed poor cover, finished strongly for the show from a tough spot

 

NORTHFIELD

4/23: 6w, no bias

ST LADS GIDGET -

Had post 8, was 9th at the three quarters, picked up weak cover, finished with solid pace for the show from a tough spot

HIDDEN LAND -

5yo mare had post 7, stormed four wide at the three quarters and had a lot of pace, drew clear pacing a :27 2/5 last quarter

 

THE MEADOWS

4/23: 3w, no bias

KOLT POWER*** -

Was looped leaving from post 6 but drove on to the lead at the :54 2/5 half, yielded and was third, finished sharply for the place with a :27 4/5 final quarter

 

PHILADELPHIA

4/24: 7w, + speed

4/22: 2w, no bias

4/21: 7w, + speed

MACHUCA -

Was 7th at the half, brushed three wide at the three quarters and gained nicely, continued gamely to the wire to finish 2nd

DISMISSAL -

Broke after the start, recovered and was 7th at the half, made up good ground and finished gamely for the show

RHAPSODY ROSE -

Left strongly from post 8 to the lead in :26 4/5, yielded, was shuffled at head-stretch and had willing late pace for the show

TAKEITTOTHEBANK -

Left well from post 7 to the lead in :27 3/5, was under strong pressure from the 3/10 favorite through a :27 1/5 third quarter and held okay for the show

PANCHESTER UNITED -

Left from post 7 and tucked 4th, went first over and paced a :27 third quarter pressing the tough 3/5 favorite, was shaken off but held gamely for the show

ERIDANUS N -

Moved out 4th over nearing the three quarters, rallied three wide around the final turn, stacked wider for the drive and finished with good pace from a tough spot

POACHER N*** -

Left well from post 7 to the lead in :27 2/5, yielded, was back to 3rd after two more lead changes, pulled first over at the half and held well

 

POCONO

4/24: 4w, no bias
4/23: 6w, no bias

J EAGLE FEATHER*** -

Left from post 8 and was used hard parked past a :26 2/5 quarter for the lead, took on immediate pressure, yielded approaching the three quarters, came back on gamely late finishing in :27 3/5 to lose by a neck

RODEO ROMEO -

Had post 5, broke at the start and dropped back to 9th, moved out on the final turn, swung four wide, stacked wider turning the corner and was flying at the wire to miss narrowly

ROLLIN RING AFIRE -

Had the rail, paced a :26 2/5 first quarter keeping up to the hot pace, pulled first over, put away the leader in the stretch and was out-kicked but only missed by a length, good try

ONE BAD NIGHT -

Left and tucked, followed dull cover, moved wide to clear cover, grinded after the leader first over and held well for the show for driver Anthony Napolitano, who won 7 races on a night where Anthony and his brother George combined to win 13 of the 14 races

 

FREEHOLD

4/23: 4w, no bias

4/22: 4w, no bias

4/21: 3w, no bias

BEST DEAL YET N*** -

Had post 8, was 4th over behind weak cover, rallied three wide on the final turn and finished sharply for the show from a tough spot

NOTHING TO WEAR -

Had post 6, moved at the quarter on a long first over grind, tough trip, held okay

PALM'S BEACH -

Left well from post 8 and was used hard to clear in :28, set a pressured pace and held on gamely for the place

WHATAORSE -

Left from post 6 and tucked 4th, went first over into a tough :27 2/5 third quarter, held okay considering the trip

ERZA HANOVER -

Left from post 8, was parked the mile without cover grinding first over and unable to reach the leader but held well for the show

 

MEADOWLANDS

4/23: 5w, no bias

4/22: 1w, + closers

CELEBRITY STIMULUS -

Trotter had post 9 in an amateur driver race, left well and was used hard three wide to a quick first quarter,  then was pulled back and found a tuck 5th, moved again at the three quarters and finished 4th in a game effort

CUP DAY SPUR N -

Trotter got jammed inside and shuffled in a roughly raced amateur trot, had to steady when the inside got crowded, then was blocked in the stretch in a no-chance trip

ALWAYS B MIKI -

Had post 7 in his first start of the year, followed weak cover 4th over, swung wide turning the corner and finished stoutly in the five path, paced his last quarter in :25 4/5

PANSFORMATIVE -

Floated out off the gate so he was two wide on the first turn, quarter moved, picked up cover, lost cover nearing the half and drove on to take the lead at the half in :53 3/5, met pressure on the final turn and weakened but actually held gamely for the show

NASSAU COUNTY -

Classy grinder showed early speed here for the gate-master, Jason Bartlett, set the pace and drew off sharply

AL RAZA N -

Was third over, followed cover three wide around the final turn and finished sharply
