BALMORAL

9/16: 3w, no bias

9/15: 1w, + closers

MYSTICAL VICTRESS*** – Made a sharp brush and paced a :54 1/5 middle-half to take control and jogged

SHIPPS CON – Had post 7, finished well with a :55 1/5 last half in an improved effort

 

MAYWOOD

9/14: 8w, + speed

9/13: 7w, ++ speed

GEORGE’S ZTAM – Left strongly from post 7 and was used hard to a :27 opener, yielded for the pocket trip and just missed

POLAR BEAR – Was parked the mile without cover from post 6 and didn’t tire that badly

 

MONTICELLO

9/13: 4w, no bias

DIABLO*** – Had post 7, followed weak cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished strongly

 

FREEHOLD

9/15: 5w, no bias

9/14: 8w, ++ speed

9/13: 7w, + speed

CULLENS BLUE JEAN – Left from post 5 and was parked to the lead in :27, refused to yield and parked a horse to the half, then took on another challenger and finally gave way late while holding show

 

HARRINGTON

9/13: 8w, ++ speed

KEN KAM – Had post 7, rallied wide and finished fast against the bias

 

NORTHFIELD

9/15: 1w, no bias

9/14: 5w, no bias

I’M AN EYRE NZ – Was first over a long way, pushed a quick third quarter and got up gamely on the wire

 

PHILADELPHIA

9/14: 4w, no bias

9/13: 6w, + speed

OUTWARD BOUND – Grinded up pacing a :27 third quarter, briefly had cover then lost cover and held gamely for the place

DR DREAMY – Paced a :26 4/5 third quarter first over and held well

CAMMI PLACE Left from post 7 and was parked uncovered, took control at the three quarters, weakened but held okay for the show

 

MEADOWS

9/14: 2w, no bias

MATTHEW’S GAME BOY – Far back early, finished fast to just miss

9/15: 4w, no bias

ANOTHER MIKE – Quarter-moved and got hung out forcing a blazing pace, took the lead on the final turn and weakened but held the show

MOST FUN YET – First over pushing a :27 2/5 third quarter against a tough favorite, held okay

BLIND TO SEE*** – Had post 7, stormed wide around the final turn and finished powerfully for the show

 

TIOGA

9/14: 3w, no bias

PEGASUS SIS – Trotter left from post 7 and was parked to the lead in :28 1/5, set the pace and held well

 

YONKERS

9/15: 5w, no bias, cooler temperatures helped closers and although tactical speed and inside posts still had the advantage, more horses were able to win off cover trips

9/14: 5w, no bias

9/13: 5w, no bias

MIKELEH – Left from post 7 and was used hard to clear, set by far the fastest pace of the night and in the last race on the card during the cooler temperatures and didn’t tire that badly

JUSTA REBEL*** – Trotter had post 8 in a race with a slow pace, followed dull cover third over, finished fast in the stretch to just miss

THE EVICTOR*** – Trotter had post 8, left and gradually made his way up into contention chasing a fast pace, was parked three turns then tucked third, angled out in tight quarters in the stretch, found a seam between horses late and rallied gamely to miss by a head in a big effort

VLOS – Had post 7, blasted to the lead in :27, set a lively clip, weakened and finished third but paced a solid :56 3/5 last half
