BELL VALLEY BILL - Power-brushed to the lead with a snappy :26 second quarter move and held sway in a sharp win

SHARK WAVES*** - Left from post 7 and was used hard to get the lead on the second turn, yielded and was shuffled, cleared on the final turn and had even pace to lose by only 2 lengths

BOOZE CRUZIN - Left from post 6 and was used hard parked the mile without cover; tough trip

MONTICELLO

12/2: 6w, + speed

CATCHMECULLEN A - Was first over pushing into a :27 3/5 third quarter and was just nipped by the second over winner on the wire

CAM B ZIPPER - Blasted to the lead in :25 4/5, set a quick pace under pressure and held okay

SECOND WIND N*** - Left from post 8 and worked his way to the lead before the half, maintained a fast pace under pressure and held well considering

TOTALLY EMPRESSIVE - Had post 8, left and was used hard to get the lead approaching the half, set the pace and held sway gamely

WHIRL THE GIRL - Paced a :27 1/5 third quarter first over and just missed

NORTHFIELD

BEANS AND WEENIES*** - Was ninth, 12 lengths behind early, gained ground at each call, picked up dull cover, rallied wide around the final turn and finished strongly against the bias to just miss

TOBER - Trotter had post 8, finished strongly for the show

LIGHTNING RAIDER N*** - Classy Group I down under winner made U.S. debut, left a little bit and took an early tuck, ranged first over and got up gamely late under mild urging

LOOKINFORADVENTURE*** - Had post 8 and paced a :54 1/5 last half finishing fast in the stretch
