You won't bring this show next week because they said their farewells over the weekend; they were taken off the air after 8 years. While this show wasn't "Seinfeld" quality, it was a very nice and entertaining show that recapped the major races around the East coast with entertaining hosts. Another nail in the harness coffin.

Would someone please investigate race # 13 on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015 at Harrah's Philadelphia Harness Racing in which the # 3 horse Incognito driven and trained by William Mann won the race at 59 -1 and yet he was placed 4th by the judges. Look at that replay and explain what was so egregious about his stretch move so that the 4th place finisher, # 6 had to be moved up ahead of the original winner. Was it because of the horrible accident earlier that week? If so that is not a good reason.

Just watched the replay and I agree with you; 3 made a move that drivers make all the time; he came off the rail in the stretch and moved out near 5 who was going nowhere on the outside. George B on 5 came out a little and may have bothered 6 who was following him and swinging wide. The point is that neither of these horses were going anywhere and whatever happened did not effect the outcome. It was incidental. .
