Zagora, winner of the Diana at Saratoga, is being pointed to the Grade 3 Endeavor at Tampa Bay Downs on Feb. 4.

Zagora, who gave trainer Chad Brown his first Grade 1 winner in last year’s Diana at Saratoga, is being pointed to the Grade 3, $150,000 Endeavour Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs on Feb. 4.

Zagora has not run since finishing seventh in the Grade 2 Canadian at Woodbine last Sept. 18.

“She got banged around pretty good in the race, needed a little time afterwards,’’ Brown said. “We freshened her up, pointed to this year. She’s come around nicely, a little quicker than I thought.”

Brown said that Big Blue Kitten, who won five straight races, including the Grade 2 Hall of Fame Stakes at Saratoga before finishing third in an allowance race on Dec. 31, is being pointed to the Grade 1 Gulfstream Park Turf Handicap here on Feb. 11.

“He had a rough trip, should have won. It was a good prep for that race,” Brown said. “It’s going to be a tough race, but I think this horse is sitting on a huge race so I might take a shot in there.”

Brown is now training Her Smile, who won the Grade 1 Prioress and finished third in the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint for owner Bobby Flay and trainer Todd Pletcher. Stronach purchased her for $1 million at the Fasig-Tipton November sale. Brown said he is looking to get Her Smile started in the Hurricane Bertie here on Feb. 19.
