Gulfstream: Rainbow 6 carryover of $192,733 for Sunday

There is a Rainbow 6 jackpot carryover of $192,733 into Sunday’s card at Gulfstream Park. It is a 20-cent wager and it will run on races 5-10.

Gulfstream had offered a minimum guaranteed pool of $300,000 on Saturday. There were two live tickets into the final leg, one to 74-1 Home Power and the other to 80-1 Dublin Tinker, according to the track. Those horses finished a respective ninth and 11th to 8-1 winner Traffic Express.

There were multiple 6-of-6 tickets, returning $15,375. The winning numbers were 7-3-10-9-2-1.

The Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot is paid out only when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique winning ticket sold, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool, according to a press release from Gulfstream.
