Tuttipaesi, winning the Ginger Brew at Gulfstream, will probably wait for the Herecomesthebride in March to race again.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Trainer Graham Motion is excited over the prospects of two promising Irish-bred turf fillies in his barn, Absolute Crackers and Tuttipaesi. Absolute Crackers overcame trouble to capture a two-other-than allowance race Sunday. Tuttipaesi won her U.S. debut in impressive fashion in the Ginger Brew Stakes here on New Year’s Day.

Absolute Crackers is a full sister to Pachattack, whom Motion trained to a pair of Grade 3 victories along with a third-place finish in the 2011 Breeders’ Cup Ladies’ Classic. Tuttipaesi is the first horse to start under the colors of the newly formed Team Valor Ladies Stable.

“Absolute Crackers is an exciting filly,” Motion said. “It’s tough to overcome trouble like she did and win on this track. I think this filly really has a lot of upside. I’m not certain I’ll run her in a stakes here this winter. I think I might be a little more conservative than that with her. I’ll probably skip the next stakes with Tuttipaesi and run her in the [Herecomesthebride] in March.”
