Graded stakes winner Got the Last Laugh will stand the 2013 breeding season at Diamond B Farm near Mohrsville, Pa.
An 8-year-old Distorted Humor horse, Got the Last Laugh will stand for a fee of $2,500. He had previously stood for the same fee at McKathan Bros. Farm in Citra, Fla.
Got the Last Laugh finished in a dead heat for first with Officer Rocket in the Grade 3 Arlington-Washington Futurity Stakes in 2006, defeating the following year’s Kentucky Derby winner, Street Sense, as well as eventual Grade 1 winner Dominican. Stakes-placed on two other occasions, Got the Last Laugh retired with 5 wins from 21 starts for career earnings of $249,227.
Got the Last Laugh’s first foals are 2-year-olds of 2012. He has produced 5 winners from 7 starters to date.
Got the Last Laugh is out of the Grade 3-winning Cee’s Tizzy mare Theresa’s Tizzy, a full or half-sister to three other stakes winners.
