TESORA Trainer: Jonathan Thomas Last race: Nov. 5, 4th (Del Mar) Finish: 1st by 1 3/4 Beyer: 75 First start in California, first around two turns, this Scat Daddy 2-year-old filly won this allowance route under a hold despite trouble into the far turn. Next stop, stakes. SUPER DUPER COOPER Trainer: Michael McCarthy Last race: Nov. 5, 9th (Del Mar) Finish: 2nd by 3/4 Beyer: 69 This bottom-level maiden-claiming gelding is no champ, but he actually ran well.
