ELMONT, N.Y. - Godolphin Racing's Tempera ran down stablemate Imperial Gesutre in the final furlong to post a 1 1/2-length victory in Saturday's $1 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies at Belmont Park.

Tempera ($25.80), coming off a third in the Del Mar Debutante, rallied in the middle of the track under jockey David Flores to collar her uncoupled stablemate in the Grade 1 1 1/16-mile stakes.

Imperial Gesture, sent off at 53-1, and Bella Bellucci battled for the lead at the top of stretch. Imperial Gesture took charge for a brief while before her stablemate flew past to give trainer Eoin Harty a 1-2 finish.

Bella Bellucci was third, five lengths behind the winner.

The favored You, a winner of the Grade 1 Frizette at Belmont, never posed a serious threat and finishing fourth. You's defeat dropped trainer Bobby Frankel's Breeders' Cup record to 0-for-38.

Time for the 1 1/16 miles was 1:41.49.

The exacta coupling Tempera and Imperial Gesture returned $768.
