ETOBICOKE, Ontario - Favored Hour of Justice ($3.60) put away two rivals on the lead and kept on going for an authoritative victory in Monday's Grade 3, $170,550 Royal North Handicap at Woodbine.

Todd Kabel rode Hour of Justice, who dueled with longshots Leading Role and Swift of Flight in the six-furlong turf dash for fillies and mares. After fractions of :22.67 and :45.47 seconds, she drew off in the stretch and won by three and a half lengths over a closing With Patience. Boozin' Susan rallied wide to finish another length and three-quarters back in third in the nine-horse field.

The final time of 1:07.83 seconds wasn't far off the course record of 1:07.60.

"I expected a big race out of her today," Kabel said. "She's very professional about everything."

Hour of Justice earned $100,550 in her second straight win for trainer Mike Keogh, who trains her for Stronach Stable.
