Fasig-Tipton preview wraps up

Juveniles by Sharp Humor, Rockport Harbor, and Stormy Atlantic posted the fastest eighth-mile times Thursday at the final under-tack show for Fasig-Tipton's May 17 2-year-old auction in Timonium, Md.

All three covered a furlong in 10.20 seconds.

The three fast workers were Hip No. 215, a son of Sharp Humor and Lakewater consigned by Breaking Point Farm, agent; Hip No. 332, a Stormy Atlantic filly out of S'more Smoke, offered by Bruno De Berdt and Rudy Delgudice's Excel Bloodstock agency; and Hip No. 396, a Rockport Harbor colt out of Wildcat Princess that Eisaman Equine, agent, consigns.

Thursday's fastest quarter-mile work was by Hip No. 373, a Lemon Drop Kid filly out of Tom's Kid who worked in 21.60 seconds. Ciaran Dunne's Wavertree Stables agency is the consignor.

The session's fastest three-eighth-mile breeze, in 34.20 seconds, was from Hip No. 97. A Silver Train colt, he is out of Devil's Banner and is part of the Casse Sales agency's consignment.

The auction will take place Monday, May 17, at Fasig-Tipton's sale pavilion in Timonium, Md. The single-day sale starts at 10 a.m.

In other sale news, Fasig-Tipton announced Thursday that it will make videos from the Midlantic under-tack show's two sessions available for the first time on all mobile devices. Users wishing to access the videos on mobile devices can go to , which will automatically redirect them to the company's mobile website at mobile.fasigtipton.com. the videos will be available after 8 a.m. on the morning after each session.

The sale also will feature an interactive catalog online via the Fasig-Tipton website, allowing users to sort and search data in the catalog.
