Familiar foes meet again in Ellen's Lucky Star

Trust N Seven and Nightly Ritual renew their rivalry in the $70,000 Ellen's Lucky Star at Indiana Downs. A field of eight 3-year-old Indiana-bred fillies will contest the six-

furlong event.

Trust N Seven has won 3 of her 4 races, and has faced Nightly Ritual three times.

Trained by Mike Lauer, Trust N Seven won her career debut Aug. 30 of last year, defeating Nightly Ritual by 4 1/2 lengths. In her next out, Oct.o11 in the $100,000 City of Anderson, Nightly Ritual finished second, 6 1/4 lengths in front of Trust N Seven, who was third. In the pair's final meeting, Nov. 8 in the $100,000 Miss Indiana, Trust N Seven prevailed again, this time by a neck as the two were head and head around the Hoosier Park oval.

Trust N Seven won her only start this year, a second-level allowance on May 12, by three-quarters of a length. Leandro Goncalves retains the mount.

Trained by Joe Davis, Nightly Ritual won a second-level allowance April 27 before running an even sixth in the $70,000 Shelby County on May 29. Tommy Pompell will ride for the first time.

Tie will be the main threat to the top pair, having won both of her local races impressively. She won a second-level allowance by 8 1/2 lengths and then a third-level allowance May 18 by 4 1/4 lengths. Trained by Joe Woodard, Tie will be ridden by Orlando Mojica.
