The Churchill Downs Simulcast Network will serve as the North and South American wagering hub for the 2005 Dubai Carnival of Racing, which consists of 11 days of racing at Nad Al Sheba from Jan. 20 to March 26, Dubai World Cup Day. Wagering will be commingled through Phumelela, a South African racing and tote company. . . . HorseRacing TV, the network owned by Magna Entertainment, will be added to the digital sports lineup of Comcast's cable networks in Southern California and Maryland. . . .
