Yes It's True will stand his first season at Three Chimneys Farm in Midway, Ky., for a $25,000 fee in 2005, the farm has announced. Yes It's True, an 8-year-old Is It True-Clever Monique horse who relocated from Florida this year, has had 10 winners from his first crop this year. . . . At Tuesday's final consignor-preferred session at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Co.'s fall mixed sale, three Yes It's True weanlings brought $85,000 each to top the day's trade: a colt out of Our Resurgence, a colt out of Sejm's Smile, and a daughter of Taba Dance. The two consignor-preferred sessions sold 424 lots for $8,730,000, for an average price of $20,590 (up 23 percent from last year) and a median of $15,000 (up 50 percent), while buy-backs dropped slightly to 26 percent. . . . Ocean Terrace, a 4-year-old graded winner by Saint Ballado, will stand at Jeffry Morris's Highclere in Lexington, Ky., in 2005. Ocean Terrace, winner of the Grade 3 El Camino Real Derby last year, will stand for $5,000. . . . A Halling colt out of stakes winner Rambling Rose sold for $93,975, to top the Tattersalls October Part 2 yearling sale in Newmarket, England, on Wednesday, the third of six days of selling. The session sold 184 lots for $4,386,565, an average price of $23,840.
