Former jockey Otto Grohs, who rode from the late 1930's through the mid-1950's and twice won the Arlington Futurity, died on Friday in Arcadia, Calif. He was 82 and is survived by his sons, Greg and David, as well as two grandchildren. . . .This is the last week to qualify for the June 30 finals in Churchill's weekly handicapping contest, which is sponsored by Daily Racing Form. The contest is held in the old Jockey Club area under the Twin Spires.
