Breeders' Cup Ltd. filed a complaint on Friday in Superior Court in California seeking an injunction against Jockeys International Management Group that would prohibit the riders' group from reaching deals with jockeys to display advertising during the Breeders' Cup on Oct. 25 at Santa Anita. Breeders' Cup contends in the suit that JMG has "engaged in the unauthorized use of Breeders' Cup copyright-protected property." . . . Limit Out, a Grade 2 winner, will stand the 2004 breeding season at Highcliff Farm in Delanson, N.Y. His fee will be $2,500, live foal. Limit Out, an 8-year-old son of Northern Flagship, previously stood at T-Square Stud in Florida.
