Youbet.com delayed its annual meeting on Thursday after a Delaware judge sided with Television Games Network and ruled that Youbet did not provide enough information to shareholders about proposed changes to its structure. TVG alleges in a lawsuit that Youbet had not fully informed shareholders of the potential impact of the changes if TVG were to exercise its warrants to purchase 51 percent of the company. . . . Two earthquakes, one with a magnitude of 8.0, struck the Japanese island of Hokkaido, center of the nation's Thoroughbred breeding industry, between 4:50 a.m. and 7 a.m. Friday local time. There appeared to be little damage to Japan's major stud farms. . . . Owner Frank Stronach announced Friday that multiple Grade 1 winner Macho Uno would enter stud next year at Adena Springs South in Ocala, Fla. No stud fee has been set.
