Casual Look, winner of the English Oaks, is being pointed by her English trainer, Tony Balding, to the 1 1/8-mile Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup at Keeneland on Oct. 11. Since her classic triumph at Epsom on June 6, the Kentucky-bred Casual Look has been third in the Irish Oaks, seventh in the Yorkshire Oaks, and eighth in Sunday's Prix Vermeille, all Group 1 contests at 1 1/2 miles. . . . Crossing Point on Sunday set a track record for five furlongs at Pimlico. Crossing Point won an optional claiming race in 56.71 seconds, breaking the mark of 56.80 seconds set by Goldminer's Dream 10 years ago. . . . Heavy rain throughout the morning caused Delaware Park to cancel Monday's live racing program. . . . Steady rain and subsequent unsafe track conditions forced cancellation of Sunday's card at Three County Fair in Northampton, Mass. As a result, longtime maiden Zippy Chippy was prevented from trying to win for the first time in 99 attempts.
