Graham Orr, the chief financial officer of the Magna Entertainment Corporation since late 2000, is leaving the company to return to Magna's former parent, the auto-parts company Magna International, Magna announced Thursday. Orr will be replaced by Blake Tohana, an executive vice president of a Canadian television and film production company, effective July 28. . . . Northerly, winner of the Cox Plate and the Caulfield Cup, was named the Australian Horse of the Year for the 2002-2003 season in Melbourne on Thursday night. Media Puzzle was named champion stayer for his victory in the Melbourne Cup, while Choisir, winner last month of both the King's Stand Stakes and the Golden Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot, was voted Australia's champion international performer.
