Sentencing for Chris Harn, Glen DaSilva, and Derrick Davis, the three men who entered guilty pleas in last year's pick six scandal, has been moved to March 20, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said Tuesday. . . . Mae DeVol, 92, who served as executive secretary to Bay Meadows founder Bill Kyne first at Portland Meadows and later at Bay Meadows, died Sunday. DeVol worked at Bay Meadows from 1949-2000, retiring as the director of shareholder relations. . . . Bob Brummel, 76, a longtime owner and trainer who served as the assistant clerk of scales on the northern California fair circuit from 1992-2002, died Saturday in Grants Pass, Ore. . . . Jockey Seth Martinez suffered a collapsed lung in a three-horse spill Monday at Turf Paradise, but is expected to resume riding by the weekend. Two other jockeys involved in the spill, Wilson Dieguez and O.A. Martinez, escaped with minor injuries. . . . Matt Vance, son of former Remington Park president David Vance, has been named director of operations at the Oklahoma City track. Matt Vance previously worked for Remington from 1988 to 1996 in hospitality and customer service.
