EmailAndromeda's Hero, a Grade 3 winner and runner-up to Afleet Alex in the 2005 Belmont Stakes, has arrived at Dutchess Views Farm's Metropolitan Stud division in Pine Plains, N.Y., where he will stand in 2008 for a $6,000 fee. Andromeda's Hero, a 5-year-old Fusaichi Pegasus horse, stood his initial season in 2007 at Richland Hills in Midway, Ky., which retains an interest in him. . . . Crestwood Farm in Lexington, Ky., will stand Grade 1-placed Noble Causeway in 2008. A 5-year-old Giant's Causeway horse, he will stand for $5,000. . . . Australia's Magic Millions auction house has postponed its Conrad Jupiter yearling sale from its usual January date to March 24-28 and March 30-April 3. The company rescheduled because of an equine influenza outbreak that has disrupted Australia's breeding season. . . . The Blue Grass Farms Chaplaincy will hold a fund-raiser on Oct. 19 at the Hyatt hotel in Lexington, Ky., to benefit its ministry and the Kentucky Children's Hospitals, featuring dinner, dancing, live and silent auctions, and a raffle.
