On Friday at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Co.'s April 2-year-old auction in Ocala, Fla., the session leader - and auction leader at that point - was a $320,000 Mizzen Mast colt that Mike McCarty bought. Paul Sharp, agent, sold the colt, a gray or roan son of the winning Dynaformer mare River Dyna. . . . Keeneland's website, www.keeneland.com, will show live streaming video of the works of Kentucky Derby and Oaks contenders training at Keeneland this weekend. Works from earlier in the week, including those of trainer Doug O'Neill's three Derby runners on Friday, are archived on the site. . . . The New England Turf Writers Association has elected its hall of fame class for 2007: the Massachusetts-bred Rise Jim, jockey Tony DeSpirito, trainer Bill Perry, and track announcer Ralph "Babe" Rubenstein. They will be honored at the organization's 65th annual awards dinner on July 16 at the Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers, Mass.
