Oaklawn Park and HorseRacing TV have reached an agreement to provide live coverage of the majority of the Oaklawn racing cards when the Arkansas track's meet opens on Jan. 19. Oaklawn's races had been broadcast on TVG in recent years. . . . Representatives of the Florida Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association, Magna Entertainment, and New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation are still at an impasse and did not meet on Thursday to discuss the dispute that has prevented New York OTB from taking bets on races at Magna's Gulfstream Park, according to the representatives. The horsemen's group has denied OTB the signal, seeking a higher fee. Gulfstream was dark on Thursday but was scheduled to resume racing on Friday.
