HorseRacing TV, the cable channel owned by a partnership of Magna Entertainment Corp. and Churchill Downs Inc., has reached an agreement with Comcast Cable in the greater Chicago area. HRTV will be available as of April 30, two days prior to the opening of Churchill's Chicago-area track, Arlington Park, to customers of Comcast in the Chicago region who have purchased the network's digital sports tier. . . . The National Sporting Library in Middleburg, Va., will host a lecture on May 7 by journalist Noel Mullins. The topic is "The Foxhunting Humor of Somerville & Ross Lives On: Tales of Foxhunting Packs in Ireland." . . .
