Irish Cherry, the dam of Grade 1 winners Spun Sugar and Daaher, produced a chestnut Ghostzapper colt on Monday, Hill 'n' Dale Farms announced. A 14-year-old Irish Open mare who sold to Southern Equine Stables in January for $2.7 million, Irish Cherry will be bred back to Awesome Again, the sire of Spun Sugar and Daaher. . . . The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association will offer a webcast of its Feb. 22 new-owner seminar, which took place in Hallandale Beach, Fla. The webcast, to be available from April 16 on the association's website at , includes speeches by Terry Finley of West Point Thoroughbreds, bloodstock adviser Rollin Baugh, owner and breeder Peter Vegso, and trainer Phil Gleaves.
