The rating was up 60 percent over last year's 1.0. . . . MTR Gaming, the owner of Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino in West Virginia and Presque Isle Downs in Pennsylvania, lost $11.7 million in 2007, according to documents released by the company Friday.
