Rick Wilson rode two winners Friday at Laurel Park and passed Hall of Fame rider Eddie Arcaro to become the 20th winningest jockey of all time. Wilson passed Arcaro with his 4,780th win and had 4,781 through Sunday. . . . Turf Paradise canceled its nine-race program Sunday as horses approached the gate for the first race when the jockeys refused to ride, citing unsafe track conditions. Several days of rain had turned the track extremely muddy. . . . Jose Santos finished a close second to Hiroshi Kawachi in the 16th World Super Jockeys Series at Hanshin Racecourse in Japan this weekend. Kawachi prevailed by a score of 45-42, with Shinji Fujita and Hong Kong-based Eric Saint-Martin tied for third.
