Canterbury Park Holding Corporation earned net income of $613,005 on revenues of $11,930,749 for the three months ended June 30, 2002, compared with net income of $133,050 on revenues of $10,694,550 for the same period in 2001, the company announced Wednesday. Parimutuel revenues increased 5 percent to approximately $5.1 million, Card Club revenues increased 12 percent to approximately $4.5 million for the quarter compared with 2001, and there was a $258,074 gain on the sale of five acres of real estate. . . . The New York Racing Association's board of trustees on Wednesday approved the dates for next year's Saratoga meet. The 36-day meet will run from July 23 through Labor Day, Sept. 1. . . . Jockey Aaron Gryder became a father for the second time Tuesday when his wife, Karen, gave birth to a girl, Grace Noelle, who weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces. Gryder, who took off his three mounts at Saratoga on Wednesday, was expected to ride on Thursday.
