The Sallisaw, Okla., Municipal Authority filed a foreclosure suit on Tuesday against Race Horses, Inc., the owner of Blue Ribbon Downs, after the track missed a final deadline to pay four quarterly principal interest payments totaling about $270,000 to the authority, which owns the facility. . . . The Indiana House of Representatives passed a bill on Tuesday that would legalize gambling machines at Hoosier Park. But the bill's survival beyond a conference committee is in doubt, Hoosier officials said, because the legislation was very different from a similar bill passed in the Senate.
