Scobie Breasley, the great Australian jockey who won the British riding title four times between 1957 and 1963, died Thursday in Melbourne at the age 92 after having suffered a stroke on Monday. During a riding career that spanned 43 years, Breasley rode 3,251 winners, 2,161 of them in Britain, including two Epsom Derby winners. . . . Lincoln Collins has been named to the board of directors at Robert Clay's Three Chimneys Farm, the farm announced Thursday. Collins, a bloodstock advisor, is founder and president of Kern Thoroughbreds in Kentucky.
